HaulBooks is an organizational and record-keeping tool for lease-purchase truck drivers and owner-operators. It helps you track loads, settlements, and expenses.

Not tax, legal, or financial advice

Nothing in this product constitutes tax, legal, or financial advice. Settlement data extraction, expense categorization, Schedule C category suggestions, per diem estimates, and any AI assistant responses are organizational and preparation tools only. Always confirm figures with a qualified tax professional, accountant, or attorney before filing or relying on them for a financial decision.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for the accuracy of information you enter or upload. You must be the legitimate owner or authorized user of any financial records you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to upload data that isn't yours to upload, attempt to access another user's account or records, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

Subscription tiers

The service is offered under several tiers (Free, Basic, Pro, Fleet) with different feature sets, described on our pricing page. Billing terms apply once paid subscriptions are enabled.

No payment processing

This is a record-keeping tool, not a payments platform — we do not process or disburse settlement payments on your behalf.

Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-assisted extraction or categorization will be 100% accurate — always review extracted data before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaulBooks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on AI-extracted or categorized data.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
